Complete one lap of the course for time.
The Course has 4 tests:
1. Each athlete will be given a sandbag at the beginning of the course (25# for men/20# for women). You are required to carry the sandbag from the starting line to the Drop Zone. Setting your sandbag down before the appointed Drop Zone will result in unconditional disqualification. You may rest your sandbag anywhere on your body, but you may not put it down. If you fall and drop it by accident, you are disqualified. If your bag touches the ground in anyway prior to the appointed drop zone, you are disqualified. No exceptions.
2. The trail is approximately 1 mile on somewhat rough terrain. Imagine a four wheeler trail. There will be judges posted along the way to watch for drops. When you complete the trail you'll enter back into the competition area and head to the Drop zone.
3. When you reach the Drop Zone, you can unload your sandbag and then complete 30 burpees and 5 dead lifts (275# Men and 185# women) You may complete the Burpees and Deadlifts in ANY order. You do NOT need to complete any or all of your burpees prior to deadlifts or vice versa.
4. When your judge clears you as finished with the Burpees and Deadlifts you will have to sprint to the finish line to complete the course.
