The 10 elements of fitness as originally defined by Jim Cawley at Dynamax Medicine Balls are considered by many to be all encompassing of the components of fitness. When creating the workouts, we have considered all the elements and tried to incorporate a balance of them. While each event doesn't cover all elements, the combination of the 3 events during the day touches on them all.
