* Body Builders are an up-down with a pushup in the middle. There is NOT a jump as in a Burpee.
* Ball Throw-ups are essentially wall balls over a 9' clothesline. You can let the ball hit or catch it if you're nimble.

Where do we get more information on allowed technique in the pullups for example, how high the line will be for ball throw-ups etc. This is important to know for training.
